Meadow Lake Farms Homeowners Association, located in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake, is a newer association established in 2019, with 75 single-family homes. There are three ponds in the community which lends to the peaceful neighborhood aesthetics. The community is very pleasant to walk through, and its small size lends to the community’s close knit and neighborly appeal.

Amenities

Coming December 2024 – The groundbreaking for the new playground with a covered sitting area and community grills is scheduled for December 2024. Once completed the picnic area will be available to owners to reserve for private functions.
